Luggage problems affects one in Four BA passengers
A survey has shown that your luggage is more likely to be damaged, delayed or lost by British Airways than any other airline, One in four passengers are thought to have had luggage issues.
Virgin came second followed by Emirates in third, Easyjet in Fourth then Ryannair in fifth place.
The report found that only a quarter of the passengers had received compensation from the airline.
BA dismissed the figures , pointing out that since Heathrow Terminal 5 opened in 2008 its baggage performance had improved.
The online survey involved 2,007 UK adults who had flown in the past 12 months.
